Acceptance.

By accessing or using iamdhealth.org (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.

About IMID.

The Site is operated by Ikun Amure Medics in Diaspora Inc. ("IMID"), a Florida non-profit corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. Our principal office is at 2501 Walnut Heights Road, Apopka, Florida 32703.

Information on the Site.

The Site provides general information about our mission, programs, governance, and ways to support our work. The information is offered in good faith for general educational purposes. It is not medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or professional counsel of any kind, and should not be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified professional for advice that applies to your situation.

We aim to keep the information accurate and current, but we make no warranty that everything on the Site is complete, accurate, reliable, or available without interruption.

Donations.

All donations to IMID are made voluntarily and are non-refundable unless required by law. IMID is a recognized 501(c)(3) public charity, and contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by U.S. law. Consult your tax adviser regarding deductibility in your specific situation.

On-site secure payment processing is launching soon. When live, donations will be processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe) under that provider's own terms and security practices. IMID does not store full credit card or bank account numbers.

Volunteer and contact submissions.

Information you submit through the contact or volunteer forms is governed by our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create an employment, agency, or contractual relationship between you and IMID. We may decline any volunteer application at our discretion, particularly where credentials, background, or programmatic fit require evaluation.

Acceptable use.

When using the Site you agree not to:

• →Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our hosting infrastructure, or any related systems.
• →Submit false, misleading, abusive, harassing, or unlawful content through any form.
• →Use automated means (bots, scrapers, denial-of-service tools) to access or stress the Site beyond ordinary browsing.
• →Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with IMID.
• →Use the Site or its content to solicit donations or volunteers for any other organization.

Intellectual property.

All content on the Site — text, page layouts, the IMID seal, the matte-blue + adire visual system, custom graphics, and code — is owned by IMID or used with permission and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Background video footage shown on the home page is licensed from Pexels under the Pexels License (free use, no attribution required). Yoruba adire is a centuries-old cultural textile tradition; we draw visual inspiration from it with respect and acknowledge its community origins.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference or for advocacy and educational use that credits IMID. Any other use — including republication, redistribution, training of machine-learning models, or commercial use — requires our prior written consent.

Trademarks.

"Ikun Amure Medics in Diaspora," "IMID," the IMID seal, and "iamdhealth.org" are trademarks of Ikun Amure Medics in Diaspora Inc. Use of these marks without our prior written consent is not permitted.

Third-party links.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Following a link is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of content. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMID, its directors, officers, volunteers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IMID and its directors, officers, volunteers, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Severability.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
