Who we are.

Ikun Amure Medics in Diaspora Inc. ("IMID," "we," "our," "us") is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered with the Florida Division of Corporations, with our principal office at 2501 Walnut Heights Road, Apopka, FL 32703.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through iamdhealth.org (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to information we receive when you use the Site or otherwise interact with us in connection with the Site.

Information we collect.

We collect only what you choose to give us through the Site. Specifically:

• →Volunteer form submissions — your name, email, phone (optional), area of interest, availability (optional), and any additional notes you provide.
• →Notify-me email — an email address you give us to be notified when on-site donations launch.
• →Server logs — standard web server records (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp) generated automatically by our hosting provider for security and operational diagnostics.

How we use information.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• →Respond to your inquiry, volunteer application, or notification request.
• →Maintain a record of our supporters and outreach contacts.
• →Comply with legal obligations, including those tied to our 501(c)(3) status.
• →Improve the Site and our programs based on aggregated, anonymized usage.

What we do not do.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising on the Site. We do not use behavioral tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking.

Cookies and analytics.

The Site uses only the minimum technical cookies necessary to render pages correctly. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or social-media trackers as of the date of this policy. If this changes in the future, we will update this page and notify visitors prominently before activation.

Third-party services.

The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes server logs as described above and applies its own security measures. The hero page includes royalty-free background video served from Pexels' content delivery network. No personal information is shared with these providers beyond what is technically necessary to serve the Site.

If you click an external link from our Site, you will leave iamdhealth.org and be subject to the privacy practices of the destination site, which we do not control.

Donations.

On-site secure donations are not yet enabled. Once we launch payment processing through a regulated payment provider (e.g., Stripe), that provider will handle your financial information directly under its own privacy and security terms. We will receive only the information necessary to issue a tax-deductible receipt: your name, email, and donation amount. We do not store full credit card or bank account numbers.

If you donate by mailed check, we retain the information visible on the check (name, return address, amount) for our donor records and IRS reporting requirements.

Children's privacy.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights.

You may ask us at any time to:

• →Update or correct information that is wrong.
• →Delete information you previously provided.
• →Opt out of future contact.

Depending on your state of residence (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others), additional rights may apply under state law; we honour those rights regardless of where you live.

Security.

The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS with modern transport encryption. Form submissions are processed server-side. We follow reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the limited information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with the new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
